The Clean Energy Learning Center provides online education to the full range of stakeholder gorups engaged with the Clean Energy Program – building owners and managers; design professionals; energy and other professionals; contractors; code officials; homeowners and CEP program representatives. Education is provided at a variety of scales to suit the particular needs of individual users: from short, 1-5 minute tutorials; to in-field demonstrations; to full-length courses that provide comprehensive training on a particular topic or procedure and that qualify for continuing education credit. The site currently provides educational offerings organized into the following five categories: Residential, Nonresidential, Technologies, Special Programs, and Education Catalog.

The Clean Energy Center was developed and is currently maintained and updated by the Center for Building Knowledge at the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
