Sustainable Jersey is a network and movement of municipalities, schools and school districts working collectively to bring about a sustainable New Jersey. Acting with state agencies, non-profit organizations, foundations, academia and industry, Sustainable Jersey researches best practices for what communities could and should do to contribute to a sustainable future.
The Local Government Energy Audit (LGEA) Program allows local government agencies, state contracting agencies, public agencies, state colleges and state universities, and select non-profit agencies, to examine their facilities and see how they can improve their energy use.
Whether you are a building owner seeking ways to save money on energy bills, a contractor or architect interested in designing clean energy solutions for clients, or a homeowner who wants to invest in clean energy while reducing utility bills, Find a Program will help you understand incentives on energy efficient equipment and other carbon reduction measures.
