Effective March 1, 2020, New Jersey’s commercial energy code became ASHRAE 90.1-2016. This presentation will review the code changes between the previous energy code, ASHRAE 90.1-2013, and the current energy code, including both prescriptive requirements and Appendix G. Energy improvement ideas and opportunities are also presented in the final segment of the presentation.
